The Crater Lodge

The Crater Lodge is close enough to the crater rim to guarantee magnificent view of the crater and the game safari. The Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is situated in Tanzania on the rim of the world’s famous heritage site – the Ngorongoro Crater. The area occupies 8,300 square kilometers of land stretching from the Rift Valley to Serengeti.

The Crater Lodge is split into 3 camps. There is also a Tree camp closer to the rim of the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is accessed via aircraft and touches down near the Manyara airstrip, which is an hour away from the lodge.
